Thorn Gable was established in 2018 by a group of consulting professionals who shared a conviction that business advisory work could be conducted differently — with more attention to organizational context, deeper respect for the complexity of business challenges, and greater care in how recommendations are developed and communicated.
We observed too many consulting engagements that followed formulaic approaches, applying standardized frameworks without adequate consideration of each organization's particular circumstances, culture, or constraints. We believed there was space for a consultancy that prioritized understanding over prescription, that valued nuance over simplification, and that recognized the limits of external expertise while still offering meaningful perspective.
Our mission is to provide business consulting services that respect the intelligence and judgment of our clients while offering the benefit of external perspective, relevant experience, and structured analytical frameworks.
